The proposed design solution is part of the basic project Reconstruction of a street in the village. Smojmirovo, a step from the church to the village cemetery. The street that covers the stretch from the Church to the village cemetery is completely dirt and is characterized by restrictions on both sides. The boundaries consist of individual houses with fences running along both sides of the street. The beginning of the street is treated by its separation from the paved street at the church, while the end is at the village cemetery. The length of this street is about 470m. The leg, which is planned to be carried out, starts from the intersection with street 1 and ends blindly at the individual buildings also with a dirt road that needs to be asphalted, with a length of 70m. After a field survey and a recorded updated geodetic base of the street, it was established that the existing width of the street is variable along the entire length of about 2.00m-3.0m. The settlement of Smojmirovo has a partially solved local road network that covers most of the system of streets that are collective or connect all households with economic facilities, but there are still some that need to be built. It is characteristic of the street itself that on both sides of the street there are existing houses and buildings of the local population. The buildings themselves have yards that are fenced partly with concrete walls, and partly with wire and wooden fences placed on concrete parapet walls. The existing condition of the street starts with asphalt, which is in a very bad condition, and continues on a dirt section that requires reconstruction and asphalting with a bituminized bearing layer. If the exploitation continues, the current situation will further deteriorate and will require larger operations and more funds.
