The need to implement this project stems from the fact that the road construction along the entire length of the route has visible surface damage and deformations of different widths and it is no longer able to meet the needs in terms of load capacity, speed and traffic safety. Protection of pedestrians and vehicles in traffic, enabling better conditions for homes, improving the conditions for the construction of new residential, business facilities and facilities for rural and mountain tourism, i.e. improving the conditions for economic development, preserving a clean environment , that is, improving the quality of life as well as creating conditions for reducing migration.
